We are currently seeking Japanese nationals with strong English ability, interested in showing travelers the heart and soul of Japan and
passing on the amazing things offered here. We will consider the right non-Japanese applicant, but the business was set up to provide
Japanese nationals with a chance to work in a different and interesting area of the Japanese tourism industry.
Leaders come from all walks of life: corporate executives, nurses, landscape gardeners, even surfers. Our leaders have a passion and love
of Japan-that is the most important requirement. We are strongly committed to the principles of responsible travel and are looking for
like-minded people to become group leaders. You should be energetic, friendly, intelligent, honest and fun-loving. You must have exceptional
organizational, problem-solving and people skills to give our travelers the best possible time in Japan. Broad travel and life experiences are
real assets in this job. And make no mistake-it's fun, but it's demanding, too!
